Listed below are the available fabric bases for Mega Peonies. Please see "Product Descriptions" drop down box for full fabric base details.

Tencel Spandex (grainline):

  • Tencel Spandex is Sew Dynamic's first printable natural fiber. It's an interlock jersey, and is more durable than a single jersey. The fabric has a lovely drape. It is softer than a typical cotton spandex, and more stable (less clingy/drapey) than a typical bamboo spandex. It's soft, the colors are saturated and the fabric has good stretch.
  • 95% Tencel Lyocell, 5% Spandex
  • 200gsm

Recycled Athletic French Terry (grainline):

  • Athletic French Terry is smooth on the front side, with small/fine loops on the back. This fabric is drapey and I would describe it as a french terry version of brushed jersey.
  • ❗ Please note AFT has small runs along one selvage. For the most part they are entirely in the selvage, but they can go into the print by 1-2". The price reflects this known flaw.
  • ♻️ 22.5 recycled plastic bottles per yard
  • 🇺🇸 This fabric is milled and printed in the US
  • 92% REPREVE® polyester; 8% Spandex
  • 290gsm

Recycled Brushed Jersey (grainline):

  • Brushed Jersey is smooth on the front side, and brushed on the wrong side. The brushed side gives it a warm-hand. It has a jersey construction, therefore less recovery and compression than an athletic knit fabric.
  • ♻️ 17.5 recycled plastic bottles per yard
  • 🇺🇸 This fabric is milled and printed in the US
  • 92% REPREVE® polyester; 8% Spandex
  • 230gsm

Recycled Canvas NEW (grainline):

  • Recycled Canvas is a medium weight woven fabric ideal for bags, and upholstery projects. It has a smooth hand and no stretch. It reminds me of a thicker boardshort fabric in feel. Please Note this is a new Canvas, it is not the same canvas as the Panama Canvas.
  • ♻️ 5.9 recycled plastic bottles per yard
  • 44% REPREVE® polyester; 56% polyester
  • 215gsm

Recycled Tech Jersey (grainline):

  • Tech Jersey is smooth on both sides, but not slick like Athletic Knit. It has more of a matte finish and is less shinny.  It's light with good drape.
  • 90%Recycled Polyester; 10%Elastane
  • 200gsm

Recycled Athletic Knit (AK) 265 (cross grain):

  • 📝AK 265 is smooth on both sides, and has a cold hand. This fabric is printed on the cross grain.
  • ♻️ 16.7 recycled plastic bottles per yard
  • 83% REPREVE® polyester; 17% Spandex
  • 265gsm

Recycled Athletic Brushed Poly (cross grain):

  • ABP is brushed on both sides, and has a warm hand. This fabric is printed on the cross grain.
  • ♻️ 16.7 recycled plastic bottles per yard
  • 83% REPREVE® polyester; 17% Spandex
  • 265gsm

Recycled DriRelease (grainline):

  • ❗ Please note the Drirelease coloring is not as saturated as the other fabric bases. It has a more muted, vintage look. Please see pictures.
  • Drirelease is a light weight fabric. It is soft, has good drape and not clingy. This fabric is printed on the grain line.
  • 82% recycled polyester; 11% Tencel; 7% Elastine
  • 215gsm

Recycled Content

The recycled content and number of plastic bottles vary depending on fabric base. Please see the "Sew Dynamic Fabric Bases" collapsible row for recycled content.♻️

Care Instructions

Machine wash cool with like colors. Hanging will prolong the life of the Spandex fibers. If desired, tumble dry on low. If needed, use a cool iron with pressing cloth or on the back of the fabric. Polyester can melt if a hot iron is used directly on the printed side.

Flaw Policy

Flaws Not Covered:

There may be minor imperfections with your print. These can occur with sublimation printing and are not considered "flaws":

1. White dots (smaller than 1/8").

2. Uneven printing. During the pressing process the fabric or paper may shift slightly, creating an uneven selvage. Shifts of 1/2" or less are not considered a flaw.

3. Printing flaws/white marks that are 1" or less, and within 2" of the selvage.

4. Extra ink absorption. Occasionally ink can soak through onto the wrong side of the fabric. This happens when the fabric is being pressed where a test hole was cut. The ink is only on the wrong side and does not effect the right side of the fabric.

5. Color variations between my US and China printers is normal. As well as color variations between different bases.

Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping:
This is a Preorder, these fabrics are not in stock. Preorder fabrics typically ship 5-8 weeks AFTER the preorder closes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments:
Sew Dynamic is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, lost, misdelivered or stolen during transit. Please reach out to the shipping carrier.

A tracking number is sent to the email you used to purchase the fabric. If the package is "in transit" for more than a week, signing up for email alerts on the USPS website will often get it moving again. If tracking says "delivered" and you do not have the package, you can call your local post office to get the GPS coordinates of the last place it was scanned.  I am more than happy to help you as much as I can to locate your order. However, once it leaves my hands I am not responsible for refunding or reshipping your order.  All items are insured up to $100.00.

Refund Policy:
My return policy lasts 14 days from receipt of item(s). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, uncut and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

If after receipt I deem the item not to be in the original condition I will email you to discuss sending the item back to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed on your packing ship. You must notify Sew Dynamic prior to mailing the fabric.

Unless the return is due to an error on Sew Dynamic's part, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If there was an error in your order made by Sew Dynamic (miscut yardage or defect in fabric/pin) please email me at sewdynamicfabrics@gmail.com. We can discuss if a refund or reshipment of item is needed, at my expense. If return shipment is needed I will supply a shipping label.
Fabric defects that do no qualify are holes smaller than a quarter and tears along the selvage. Damages occurred when opening the package can not be returned.
