My return policy lasts 14 days from receipt of item(s). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, uncut and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Enamel pins may be returned less $2. $2 of every sell goes to charity and a refund is not possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If after receipt I deem the item not to be in the original condition I will email you to discuss sending the item back to you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If there was an error in your order made by me (miscut yardage or defect in fabric/pin) please email me at email@example.com. We can discuss if a refund or reshipment of item is needed, at my expense. If return shipment is needed I will supply a shipping label.
Fabric defects that do no quality are holes smaller than a quarter and tears along the selvage. Damages occurred when opening the package can not be returned.
Lost, stolen, damaged packages
If your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged during transit then you will need to open a claim with USPS. All items are insured up to $50.
